It’s a cost-effective, eco-friendly solution for businesses that need flexible delivery options without the need for instant or scheduled deliveries

Yes, all deliveries made using Woosh are monitored in real-time. Our Pandora’s Boxes are equipped with tracking devices, ensuring that businesses have full visibility over their goods throughout the delivery process. Drivers and their routes are constantly monitored to ensure timely and secure delivery

Woosh can accommodate a variety of items. As a general rule, if it fits in the backseat or trunk of an SUV, we can deliver it. For larger items, we offer trucks and vans for our contracted business customers. Woosh is tailored for B2B (Business-to-Business) at the moment, but options for B2C (Business-to-Customer) and C2C (Customer-to-Customer) deliveries are under development. Our service is adaptable, offering different vehicle types based on the size and scope of the delivery

Scheduling deliveries is a feature coming soon to Woosh. In the future, you will be able to set specific dates and times for pickup and delivery through the Woosh app. Stay tuned for updates!

Woosh is currently focused on B2B (Business-to-Business) deliveries. Payment terms and methods are agreed upon with our contracted business customers. For these clients, payment options such as invoicing, bank transfers, or other methods can be customized based on the contract.

Note: Customer-to-Customer (C2C) and B2C (Business-to-Customer) deliveries are still in development, and will include flexible payment options when launched

Deliveries can be canceled free of charge as long as the driver has not picked up the package. If the driver is already en route or has collected the package, cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to your contract for specific terms regarding cancellations.
